The new dynamic structure is the result of important restructuring works of the villa, the garden and the services. Some photos show the evolution:
All around the villa's grounds there is a enclosure, with a few gates towards two malls lined with trees. The access to the house is then is by a paving fully accessible also for people with reduced mobility:

In the South side, in the recent part, the attics have been replaced and two small apartments have been created, one at the ground floor and one at the first floor, each with indipendent entrance and each with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchenette, fully furnished:
